This service includes:
- A 30-minute phone consultation with your solicitor
- A bespoke contract drafted to your requirements
- Up to three rounds of revisions
- Detailed written guidance on how to use the contract effectively
- A reasonable amount of negotiation or correspondence with a third party (e.g., a counterparty or their solicitor)
- Up to two 15-minute follow-up telephone calls with your solicitor to discuss negotiation or redrafting issues
- Ongoing support via email
